2 teaspoon olive oil
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
3 medium tomato
2 can (16 oz) chicken breast cubed
1/4 cup dried basil
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
Instructions
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil in a frying pan until slightly brown.
Add chicken, tomatoes, tabasco and then sprinkle the basil on top.
Turn to low, cover and simmer until the tomatoes and the basil are well cooked.
Serve over brown rice.
